These terms are written to be read, not skimmed past. They govern your use of Mockup Wiz at www.mockupwiz.com ("the Service"), operated by Listen LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Mockup Wiz renders your uploaded artwork into mockup templates in batches. We provide the engine and the interface; some accounts may also have access to our internal Mockup Wiz Compatible Catalog of templates. We may improve, update, or modify features over time; we won't remove core rendering functionality from a paid plan mid-term without notice.
You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything rendered under them. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a paid plan. One person or entity per account unless a plan says otherwise.
Your artwork stays yours. Uploading art to Mockup Wiz grants us only the limited license needed to store it, render it into your batches, and display it back to you. We do not sell your artwork, share it with third parties for their own use, or use it to train AI models.
You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload. Don't upload artwork that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or content that is unlawful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.
Renders produced from your own artwork are yours to use commercially, whether made during the free trial or on the paid plan.
Where the Mockup Wiz Compatible Catalog is made available to your account, its templates are licensed to you for rendering within the Service, not sold. You may sell and distribute the renders you create with them. You may not extract, download, resell, or redistribute the templates themselves, or use them to build a competing template catalog or mockup service.
The rendering engine, the template file format, and all related technology are proprietary and remain our exclusive property. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, benchmark for replication, or otherwise attempt to derive the workings of the engine or its file formats. Engine licensing is available under separate written agreement — contact us.
Plan features and prices are listed on the pricing page. New accounts get a free trial of a stated length with no payment details required; when it ends, rendering pauses until you subscribe. The paid plan bills in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period, after which rendering pauses again. Your account, saved template sets and past renders remain accessible. One free trial per person or entity. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to circumvent plan limits or the free trial (for example by creating multiple accounts), no automated scraping of our template catalog, no uploading malware, no using the Service to produce unlawful content, and no reselling Service access without a license agreement. Fair, heavy, honest use — including genuinely large batches — is exactly what the Service is for.
We work to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first. Sections that by their nature survive (your ownership of your art, our ownership of the engine, liability limits) survive termination.
If we make material changes, we'll post the updated terms here with a new date and, for material changes affecting paid plans, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: Wiz@ListenTechnology.ai.
