The free trial exists so you never have to pay to find out whether Mockup Wiz works for you. When you do pay, this is how refunds work — written plainly, honored plainly.
Every capability of the engine can be tested during the 7-day free trial with your own templates, with no card on file, before spending anything. We'd rather you subscribe because a batch convinced you than refund you because a checkout page did.
If your first payment on any plan doesn't work out — any reason — email us within 14 days of that payment and we'll refund it in full. One sentence is enough; nobody will negotiate with you.
Subscription renewals are generally not refundable, because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. That said: if a renewal charged within the last 7 days and you haven't used paid features since it billed, email us — we'll refund it. Forgotten subscriptions shouldn't be a revenue line.
If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because Mockup Wiz is a digital service that begins immediately, at checkout you consent to immediate performance; our 14-day money-back promise in §2 meets or exceeds the statutory right in practice. Your mandatory legal rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
Email Wiz@ListenTechnology.ai from your account email with the word "Refund" in the subject. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds don't apply to accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service (e.g., template extraction, engine reverse-engineering, trial abuse across multiple accounts), or to engine licensing and done-for-you contracts — those are governed by their own written agreements.
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve legitimate refund requests faster than a chargeback does, and honoring §2 and §3 is quicker for everyone.
